Aged Beef

Aging enhances tenderness and flavor by allowing the muscles to relax as beef is hung in a controlled environment. Most store-bought beef is aged 10–14 days, while steakhouses age up to 30+ days. Our beef is aged 30+ days for consistent quality.

All steaks are flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed to ensure freshness and prevent freezer burn.
