What is the length of my subscription?

Your subscription is for 12 months and automatically renews annually.

How much does it cost, and how often am I billed?

The cost is $39 or $50 per month, billed monthly.

When will my subscription renew?

Your subscription will renew automatically on the anniversary date of your initial signup.

How can I see my billing history?

You can view your billing history by logging into your account, checking your email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

What happens if my payment fails?

We will attempt to process your payment 3 times. If payment continues to fail, we will notify you and temporarily suspend your access until payment is received.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can update your payment method by logging into your account.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel the auto-renewal feature to prevent further charges at the end of your current 12-month subscription period.

Why can’t I cancel during the 12-month subscription?

Because we do not limit order sizes, the annual subscription is meant to deter purchasing a years worth of product the cancelling the membership.  

How do I cancel my auto-renewal?

To cancel, log in to your Subi account by following this link https://portal.subi.co You must cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Can I cancel my subscription before the 12-month term is over?

No, you are committed to the full 12-month subscription period.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds are provided for any portion of the 12-month subscription fee.

Cancellation Policy

This 12-month subscription renews automatically on an annual basis. Payments are processed monthly.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month term unless you cancel the auto-renewal feature at least [Number] days prior to the renewal date. You will receive a notification 30 days before the renewal date reminding you of the upcoming renewal and providing instructions on how to cancel auto-renewal. Cancellation of the auto-renewal will prevent further automatic charges at the end of the current 12-month term.

Cancellation During the 12-Month Term

You may not cancel your subscription during the initial 12-month term. The full 12-month commitment must be fulfilled. After the initial 12-month term, the auto-renewal feature can be cancelled, and your subscription will not continue beyond the end of that 12-month period.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for any portion of the 12-month subscription fee.
